A simple plan
The next step is to follow Shelly’s 7-day plan.

The 7-day plan was the real clincher for me.
I am a pretty average cook – I’m competent but not at all skilled or adventurous. Turns out I didn’t need to be.

I have possess a gout flare-up about 10 times after starting up this program.
