I do have a gout flare-up about 10 days and nights after starting up the planned program.
It was milder than others noticeably. It was painful but lasted about 5 days from starting to end. That is shorter than what I’m accustomed to drastically.
However, what I didn’t know at that time was this…
that attack was the last one I would ever have.
My gout didn’t declare that it had thrown in the towel.
It just simply… stopped.
I had that last attack and never had another one. I am gout-free for life.
