I actually do have got a gout flare-up about 10 times after starting the planned system.
It was milder than others noticeably. It was painful but lasted about 5 days from beginning to end. That is significantly shorter than what I’m accustomed to.
However, what I didn’t know at that time was this…
that attack was the last one I would ever have.
My gout didn’t announce that it possessed thrown in the towel.

I had that last attack and never had another one. I am gout-free for life.
